PROPER REMOVAL OF AFM CONNECTOR 90-93 MIATA

Many Miata do-it-yourselfers have broken the air flow meter
by trying to unscrew the harness. It does not use these screws
for retention. It is held with a wire clip around the connector.
If unscrewed, the connector socket may pull away the internal
wiring of the AFM and it will no longer work.

If you happen to break the internal connections, some owners have managed
to solder them back together.
